Since 2006, DPG has delivered more than 2,000 residential units through ground-up development, bringing deep expertise in planning, execution, and delivery. We work collaboratively with our partners to bring community-driven visions to life, remaining closely involved from pre-construction through daily site operations and final completion.

DPG ensures all construction meets or exceeds applicable regulatory requirements, as well as our own rigorous internal standards for quality and performance. Where appropriate, we also apply our experience in rehabilitation and adaptive reuse to enhance existing structures—strengthening neighborhoods through thoughtful upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and long-term value.
